What companies usually need to know.
Is there a minimum stay?
The minimum stay is five nights. We review different periods individually based on the accommodation, availability and assignment planning. Please send us your preferred travel dates.
Can teams arrive at short notice?
We review this individually. Subject to availability, arrival can be arranged as quickly as possible.
Is late arrival possible?
Yes. Arrival at night is possible because access to the accommodation is provided digitally by code or via a key safe.
Are individual beds available?
Yes. The accommodation is equipped with individual beds. We confirm the exact bed configuration with the specific offer.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available directly at every property.
Are kitchen, Wi-Fi and laundry facilities available?
Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, free unlimited Wi-Fi and free use of washing machines and tumble dryers.
What is provided in the bedrooms?
Individual beds, bed linen, a refrigerator and a Smart TV are provided in every room.
Is a Care Package included?
Yes. Every stay includes a Care Package with everyday consumables.
How does the enquiry process work?
Send company details, work location, team size, dates and requirements. WORKERSAPART then checks a suitable available option.
Can you issue a company invoice?
Yes. We coordinate company invoice requirements directly with your business as part of the offer.
Are interim cleaning or special requests available?
We review additional services and special requirements for the specific property and confirm them in the personal offer.
Are outdoor areas or barbecuing facilities available?
Some accommodation has outdoor areas that are also suitable for barbecuing. If you would like this option, please mention it in your enquiry.
